Jerry and his crew are top-notch! In fact…I recommend to at least 8-9 people since last year. Most recently, referred to a family member and they had both HVAC and outside AC units replaced along with mine. Very efficient…it’s great! If you are looking for a trustworthy, professional, and overall great company and staff…this is it.

Great team and great service. We had an unusual HVAC problem and JC came up with the right solution for us. Workmanship was excellent and installation was painless. When I got home from work I couldn't even tell they had been there - except that I had a new furnace, AC unit, and tankless water heater (lol). Incredibly accommodating, including my request to move the gas lines over "just a little bit" so I have more storage. Everyone I came in contact with was an absolute professional - I highly recommend them!

This is what we wrote in our Google review: Are you ready to get the best customer experience... ever? Here's what it looks like when the central air conditioner fails in summer with bad air quality. Ugh. Monday, Michelle sets up an appointment for the next day. Michal arrives on time and completes the diagnosis. The 20-year system served us well. On the spot, Michal provides the quote for a new system. My wife and I review the quote that evening and contact Michelle the next day. We ask, "When can we get the new system?" Michelle says in 48 hours. At that time, Darek arrives with his crew -- 100 percent on time! They install the new HVAC system within six hours, run us through the controls and all, and clean the inside and outside so both spaces are better than before. That's what the best customer experience looks like from start to finish... Cool!!!!

Very strong experience with J&C. They were quick in the site visit & subsequent install. They worked around my busy work schedule, which is a main factor I seek when choosing contractors. Constructively, I did want to mention that the new A/C system that was installed required an additional C wire to be run to my thermostat. I mentioned that my thermostat was showing an error, but the installation crew told me to reset the thermostat and left without properly investigating. A reset did not fix the error. I was able to determine the need for a C-wire and run the C-wire myself, but it would have been nice had the crew not only properly tested the operation of the new A/C system, but it's compatibility with my thermostat as well.

Mike, who serviced our units, was wonderful. He explained everything to me clearly, patiently, and honestly. He made sure the work was done correctly. I felt I could trust him. Derrek, who completed the work for our replacement unico AC unit and hot water heater, also explained everything clearly to me. He was respectful of our space and left his work area cleaner than when he found it. Jerry has been extremely responsive and has answered all of my questions very clearly. I appreciate that he has been present multiple times when work was done at my house. Michelle is also very responsive and has worked well to accommodate my schedule when scheduling work.

My AC stopped working. Tech (Michel) came out and identified the issue quickly. Gave me two options one less expensive the other a permanent more expensive fix. I went with replacing the entire unit and was so relieved that your team came out 1 hour later and installed the new unit. It was 90 degrees in my house at the point and your tech’s worked quickly and professionally. They were wonderful! Your technicians are what sets you apart from other companies.

JC and Jerry are a pleasant HVAC co. to deal with. JC HVAC came out promptly to assess the faulty furnaces, explained fix or replace honest prices thoroughly. Called Jerry over weekend, answered promptly. Supplied space heaters until furnace was replaced within 48 hrs. Techs were professional and knowledgeable. All in all, from beginning to end, great process.

We have now completed two furnace replacement projects with JC. Both were well executed by the installation team, who not only replaced the older units but diagnosed and resolved performance issues due to improper installation by prior contractors. The installation teams were clean, courteous, and efficient. We will use JC in the future for our HVAC needs.

It was very good!

The air conditioning went out the day before a heatwave. JC heating came out the same day to look at the unit and decided a new air conditioning unit was needed. The quickest installation was a week off. But instead, they said they would come the next day, a Saturday morning, and do the work right before the heat of the day!! Awesome service. Thanks so much!!

We added central air conditioning to our 100 year old home. It was a big project and after interviewing many contractors and getting multiple bids, we decided to hire Jerry and his team. Not only was his pricing the best out of four competing bids, he was by far the most forthright, professional and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered in great detail and he really listened to our concerns. The project was slated to take a week. The team at JC arrived on time every morning and left the house tidy every evening. Their work is top-notch, really a super clean install. We are now living in total comfort!
