Fantastic job. Very professional staff at all steps of project. From the very first contact they ware extremely helpful. handful offer of equipment and solutions but without forcing anything on me. Very short time from decision to installation. The service crew did extremely professional and clean job. If they had any doubt they asked before not after. Respecting my needs. From the very first phone call (which was answered by a real human being) to the finished job, we have been so pleased with JC. Jerry arrived on time, he was patient and paid attention to our concerns, since we have an unusual home and the function and aesthetics of our new air conditioners were so important. The installers arrived on time too, and got straight to work- they were very careful both inside and outside our home, did a wonderful, conscientious job installing our new system and removing all the old equipment, figured out how to deal with a couple of unexpected hurdles that cropped up, stayed late on an extremely hot day until they were finished. They were even great with our dogs!

I had an excellent experience with JC Heating & Cooling. Overall, the owner, Jerry, was the most knowledgeable of the five companies I interviewed and the price was the lowest by far. JC Heating & Cooling installed a brand new zoned, Rheem heating and A/C unit to replace an aging 15 year old system, as well as a new Rheem 75 gallon water heater. The installation process took a total of three days. The crew was always on time, worked in a clean, efficient, and systematic pattern, and had a keen eye for even the smallest details. During the installation, the crew encountered several unexpected problems, like a decaying water line, and was able to handle them with ease. While working in the attic to install a new vent, the crew found and fixed a bathroom exhaust fan that was not properly vented. After the installation was complete, Jerry took the time to walk me through the operation of the system and patiently answer all of my questions. Over the last 3 months since the installation, the new A/C and two zone system has been functioning flawlessly and the new unit is extremely quiet. I highly recommend JC Heating & Cooling, and in the future will not hesitate to use them to replace my aging natural gas generator.
