Great team and great service. We had an unusual HVAC problem and JC came up with the right solution for us. Workmanship was excellent and installation was painless. When I got home from work I couldn't even tell they had been there - except that I had a new furnace, AC unit, and tankless water heater (lol). Incredibly accommodating, including my request to move the gas lines over "just a little bit" so I have more storage. Everyone I came in contact with was an absolute professional - I highly recommend them!

Monday, Michelle sets up an appointment for the next day. Michal arrives on time and completes the diagnosis. The 20-year system served us well. On the spot, Michal provides the quote for a new system.
My wife and I review the quote that evening and contact Michelle the next day. We ask, "When can we get the new system?" Michelle says in 48 hours.
At that time, Darek arrives with his crew -- 100 percent on time! They install the new HVAC system within six hours, run us through the controls and all, and clean the inside and outside so both spaces are better than before.
That's what the best customer experience looks like from start to finish... Cool!!!!

They were quick in the site visit & subsequent install.
They worked around my busy work schedule, which is a main factor I seek when choosing contractors.

Constructively, I did want to mention that the new A/C system that was installed required an additional C wire to be run to my thermostat. I mentioned that my thermostat was showing an error, but the installation crew told me to reset the thermostat and left without properly investigating. A reset did not fix the error. I was able to determine the need for a C-wire and run the C-wire myself, but it would have been nice had the crew not only properly tested the operation of the new A/C system, but it's compatibility with my thermostat as well.

Every person we talked to during the entire process was service oriented and courteous!
